Job Description:

Primary duties of the Graphic Design/Marketing Coordinator will be to work closely with all departments of Joey Logano Racing (JLR), including the Joey Logano Foundation, Clutch Studios and Clutch Management. This will include being able to create designs for a variety of components.

This entry-level position will also be responsible for tracking content and editing files for clients. A junior designer needs a wide range of design and creative capabilities. These include:


Core Responsibilities:

  • JLR liaison for graphic design/information/content for materials/website/app
  • JLR web site and digital graphic design
  • Organize and maintain the library of completed design projects in an easily accessible and retrievable format
  • Receive, create and forward promotion materials/content for the JLR platforms
  • Provide logos and photos at the request of outside organizations working with JLR
  • Maintain and update the computer hardware & software used in the preparation of graphics
  • Strong organization, written and verbal communication skills
  • Adeptness with leading design software packages (Adobe Creative Cloud)
  • The ability to see projects through from inception to production


Web Skills:

  • Knowledge of the preparation of computer files for use with the internet/JLR website
  • Knowledge and utilization of web based Content Management Systems
  • Ability to size/re-size images for web site inclusion
  • Works closely with marketing manager to schedule banner rotations, web/app listings
  • Formats copy/art for email communication
  • Works to ensure that respective information is updated accurately and in a timely matter
  • Knowledge/skill in editing video and audio


Creative Skills:

  • Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Bridge, After Effects, Premier Pro, Dreamweaver, Fireworks and Flash
  • FTP Software
  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Google Drive Products
  • Capabilities to shoot and edit video content
  • Preferred: Adobe Premier Pro/Apple Final Cut Pro capabilities
  • Preferred: Capability to operate photography equipment and edit photography
  • Preferred: Capability to operate lighting and audio equipment for photography/video shoots
  • Knowledge of the preparation of computer files for spot color and four-color process printing
  • Preferred: Some history of mobile application content management and design



  • Bachelor degree in graphic design, marketing or communications preferred or
  • A minimum of one-year experience gained in on-the-job work history
