Centurion Boats announced today a partnership with NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Driver Joey Logano.

At 23 years old, Logano is currently in his sixth season as a NASCAR Sprint Cup Series driver, where he continues to hold the record as the youngest race winner, youngest pole winner and youngest Rookie of the Year winner. Over the last three seasons, Logano has won 15 races between the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series and NASCAR Nationwide Series, giving him a total of 25-career wins since making his debut in 2008.

“Centurion has a rich history with racing including our Enzo & Elite V-Drive NASCAR editions which were painted identical to the driver’s cars,” said Centurion Vice-President of Marketing Todd Gaughan. “Several NASCAR drivers own personal Enzos and we’ve had many great relationships in NASCAR over the years. This partnership with Joey is another testament to Centurion carving our own path and following nobody.”

Logano has proven himself as an elite driver in NASCAR’s top series, but when he is not behind the wheel of a race car, Logano is an avid wake surfer and his boat of choice is Centurion. Logano’s 2014 Enzo FX44 is a RAMFILL equipped wake surf machine putting off the longest, tallest and most powerful wave in the industry.

“I am really excited to become a part of the Centurion Team,” said Logano, who currently resides on Lake Norman in Cornelius, NC. “After a race weekend, nothing beats hanging out on the boat with friends and family on a sunny day and riding around on the FX44. I’m proud to work with Centurion and I couldn’t be happier with my Centurion boat. There is no doubt Centurion makes the best wake surfing towboat on the market. I’m looking forward to being on the lake with mine this summer.”

After eight races into the 2014 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series season, Logano is 8th in the point standings with one win, one pole, four top-fives and remains the only driver to make every final round “knockout” qualifying session. The next stop on the race schedule will be at Richmond International Raceway on Saturday, April 26th.
