Joey Logano and the No. 22 Shell-Pennzoil Ford team earned a front row starting position for tomorrow’s Quaker State 400. Logano turned a lap time of 28.850 seconds at an average of 187.175 mph. The second-place effort marks Logano’s fifth front-row start of the 2014 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series season.
The Quaker State 400 gets underway at 7:30 p.m. EDT on Saturday with live coverage provided by TNT beginning with a pre-race show at 6:30 p.m.
